Returning a product because it arrived damaged or faulty
If you wish to return a book because it arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of receipt, explaining the problem. If possible, include an image. We will refund the cost of damaged or faulty items, no return is required.
Returning a product because you do not like it
If you wish to return a product because you do like it, please return the product in its original condition within 30 days and we will refund the cost including postage on receipt of the undamaged product. We cannot refund the cost of the return.
